5K Walk/Run

The 15th Annual Milford Trick or Trot 5K Run/Walk will benefit The Beth-El Center in Milford, CT. The event is sponsored by the law firm of Harlow, Adams, and Friedman, P.C. and Sikorsky Credit Union.

Registration begins at 7:30 a.m.
Race begins at 9:00 a.m.
Race Location
Lisman Landing - 37 Helwig Street, Milford
The race will begin at Lisman Landing and will continue on a scenic route through the back roads near Milford Harbor and Fort Trumbull Beach, ending at Lisman Landing.
Parking
There is parking available in several locations in the area.
- Lisman Landing
- Fowler Field behind Milford Public Library located at 57 New Haven Avenue (Just walk over the footbridge and take a left onto Helwig to Lisman Landing)
- The public spaces at 1 New Haven Avenue (walk left out of the lot down to Lisman Landing)
- Armory Square at Factory Lane (Municipal lot) Entrances at 36 South Broad (right next to Colony Pizza or 15 Factory Lane (right next to Archie Moores)
Register Early:
For the first 150 registrants, the registration fee is $37.
After the first 150, the registration fee is $40.
For participants 18 and younger, the registration fee is $25.
All registrations include a t-shirt
if you register by October 3.
If you register after October 3,
t-shirts will be available for purchase the day of the race.
$10 - cash only and subject to availability.
Plan to pick up your bib, t-shirt and swag bag in advance:
